Frequently Asked Questions
How does the house rake work?
For standard coin games, the house takes 10% of the pot when neither player is a member, or 5% when either player is a member. For example, a 1,000-coin pot pays out 900 coins at 10% rake or 950 coins at 5%. Tournament entry fees and prize rules are separate.
What about friend games?
Members do not pay the 50-coin friend-game entry fee. Free players still pay their own entry fee, even when playing a member. Friend games are rake-free if either player is a member; otherwise the standard 10% rake applies.
How do free coins work?
Every 12 hours you can claim free coins. Free players get 500 coins per claim (up to 1,000/day). Members get 1,000 coins per claim (up to 2,000/day). You can also earn coins by winning games.
What does deeper match analysis add?
Free players get standard 2-ply post-game analysis. Premium adds a deeper engine evaluation of your matches to help you examine close decisions and compare alternatives. Deeper analysis can take longer to process. Access depends on your membership, not your opponent's.
What can I do with Position Analyzer?
Set up your own position manually to analyse checker plays and doubling-cube decisions. Premium Photo Analyzer is coming soon and is not yet available.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time. Your membership benefits remain active until the end of your current billing period.
