These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of BlitzGammon, operated by BLITZ GAMMON ONLINE GAMING SERVICES - L.L.C - S.P.C ("we", "us", or "our"). By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older, that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and that your use of the platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to verify your age and suspend accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

You may only hold one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent suspensions, gain unfair advantages, or manipulate ratings is strictly prohibited.
BlitzGammon provides an online platform for playing backgammon. Our services include real-time multiplayer matches, AI-powered opponents, ELO-based rating and leaderboards, hourly coin-entry tournaments, weekly freerolls, private clubs, post-game analysis, and membership subscriptions. Features may vary depending on your membership tier. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice where possible.
BlitzGammon uses a virtual currency system ("Coins") for gameplay purposes. Coins have no real-world monetary value, cannot be transferred to other users, and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for real money or any tangible goods. Coins may be earned through gameplay, daily claims, or purchased via the platform. All purchases of Coins are final and non-refundable. We reserve the right to adjust Coin balances if we detect fraud, abuse, or technical errors.
Paid membership plans are available that unlock additional features. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis as described at the point of purchase. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods except where required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice.

We reserve the right to moderate all chat and communications on the platform and take action — including warnings, muting, suspension, or termination — against users who violate these standards.
Tournaments may have entry fees paid in virtual Coins. Tournament prizes are distributed in virtual Coins and have no real-world monetary value. Tournament rules, formats, schedules, and prize structures are set by tournament directors and/or BlitzGammon and are subject to change. We reserve the right to cancel or modify tournaments in the event of technical issues, insufficient participation, or other circumstances.
All content on BlitzGammon, including but not limited to graphics, logos, interface design, software, game algorithms, and written content, is the property of BLITZ GAMMON ONLINE GAMING SERVICES - L.L.C - S.P.C or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission. The BlitzGammon name, logo, and brand are trademarks of BLITZ GAMMON ONLINE GAMING SERVICES - L.L.C - S.P.C.
BlitzGammon is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BLITZ GAMMON ONLINE GAMING SERVICES - L.L.C - S.P.C shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service, including loss of virtual currency, ratings, or game data.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately and any associated Coins or data may be forfeited. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the jurisdiction where BLITZ GAMMON ONLINE GAMING SERVICES - L.L.C - S.P.C is registered.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or an in-app notification. Continued use of the service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
